    hecigo is an AI-native software lab in Ho Chi Minh City: we build products and the connective layer that lets systems, data and AI agents work together.

    "AI-native" means two things you can check. Our products are built for AI agents to use from day one, through MCP, Markdown, OpenAPI, llms.txt and JSON errors with a code. And we use LLMs and agents ourselves, in how we build and run those products.

    Three pillars

    Products is software you use directly. Today that is Ads Insights, a read-only MCP server for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4 and Search Console, in production at ads.hecigo.com with app approval from all three ad platforms.

    Developers is open source. Two n8n community nodes are on npm under the MIT licence, n8n-nodes-zalo-platform and n8n-nodes-firecrawl-v2, and both have users outside our own projects.

    Solutions is integration and automation work for companies of 20 to 200 people, including flows that run on LLMs and agents. It moves in gated steps: a paid discovery, a POC on 20 to 50 real transactions against acceptance criteria written beforehand, production, then operations or a handover. Every step has an exit. We have production integrations with Base CRM, Lark Suite and Odoo behind us.

    What ties the three together is the connective layer itself: OAuth, deduplication, retries, a log you can search per transaction, and read-only access until writing is actually needed.

    How we work

    Research. Prototype. Deploy. The three words map one to one onto discovery, POC and production. Nobody can quote an integration accurately before reading real data, so the POC comes first and the larger commitment follows the evidence.

    Vision

    Bring Vietnam to the World. Vietnamese companies run on Zalo, local POS software and e-invoicing. We build the layer that lets those systems work with international ones and with AI agents.

    A small team, said plainly

    We are a small team. We say so on purpose: the alternative is a capability deck that implies otherwise and a first invoice that discovers the truth.

    The stack is deliberately boring: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, n8n and Grafana. Another team can pick up anything we build without us, and that is a condition of our handover promise rather than a preference.

    What is hecigo?

    hecigo is an AI-native software lab in Ho Chi Minh City: we build products and the connective layer that lets systems, data and AI agents work together. The work splits into three pillars. Products is software you use directly, today Ads Insights. Developers is open source, today two n8n nodes on npm. Solutions is integration and automation for businesses, delivered in gated steps. AI-native means our products expose MCP, Markdown, OpenAPI and `llms.txt` so agents can use them from day one.

    What does Ads Insights do, and which AI assistants does it work in?

    Ads Insights is a read-only MCP server for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console that works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and any assistant that supports MCP. You paste `https://ads.hecigo.com/mcp` into the connector settings, sign in, and grant access on each platform's own screen. Then you ask in plain words; the assistant calls one of twelve tools, the tool reads each source's API directly, and you get one table back: spend, clicks, conversions and ROAS down to individual ads, why an ad stopped delivering, the orders GA4 counts on your site, and organic search from Search Console.

    Is Ads Insights safe? Can it change my ads?

    It cannot change your ads. Every Ads Insights tool declares `readOnlyHint` and there are no write tools today; you can check this in Claude's connector settings, which list them under read-only tools. Meta approved the app with a single permission, `ads_read`. Workspace keys, invite codes and access tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, ad platform credentials are sealed with AES-GCM, and ad data is not copied into storage. You can revoke access at any time, and it takes effect within 60 seconds.

    How much does hecigo cost?

    Ads Insights is free for now: no hidden fees, no card required. If a paid plan comes later, hecigo will tell you by email first, and the plan you are on stays free. For integration projects we do not quote a production build before seeing real data, because API docs always diverge from actual behaviour at the expensive parts. A project starts with a paid discovery of 1 to 2 weeks, which produces an assessment detailed enough for anyone to quote accurately, and that assessment is yours. After that you pay for the step you are on, see the result, then decide whether to continue. The two n8n nodes are free.

    How does an integration project with hecigo start?

    With integration discovery, 1 to 2 weeks: you grant read-only access to both systems, and we return a technical assessment and a POC outline. If you continue, the POC runs one flow on 20 to 50 real transactions, against acceptance criteria written before the first line of code: replayed events create no duplicates, P95 latency measured from the logs stays under the agreed threshold, and a target outage loses no data once it recovers. Every step ends at a gate. Fail it and we stop.

    What if I want to switch to another vendor later?

    You can leave, and that is written into the contract from the day you sign. Handover includes the custom source code with ownership, the database schema, all mapping data, the deployment config with secret values redacted, a runbook, and a handover session for the incoming team. You can trigger it at any step. Even at discovery, the technical assessment is already yours, and you can take it to another vendor for a quote.

    Are hecigo's n8n nodes free?

    Yes. `n8n-nodes-zalo-platform` (Zalo Bot Platform, 9 operations) and `n8n-nodes-firecrawl-v2` (Firecrawl v2 API, 10 operations) are open source under the MIT license, published on npm, with source at `github.com/hecigo`. Install them in n8n under Settings, Community Nodes, or run `npm i` with the package name in the custom folder of a self-hosted n8n. The nodes are free; the Zalo Bot or Firecrawl account a node calls follows that service's own terms.

    Will hecigo make me replace the software I already use?

    No. We connect the software that already works; we do not ask you to drop it. Your sales software and your CRM each do their own job well. What is missing is the layer in between that keeps customers from being duplicated, updates the CRM when an invoice is edited, and catches dropped transactions through reconciliation. hecigo has shipped production integrations with Base CRM, Lark Suite and Odoo. If the real problem is rewriting your business software, that is not our work.
