    What to send

    Which two systems are out of sync, and where exactly? A specific answer is far more useful to both of us than a request for a capability deck. The details that shorten the first reply by a week:

    • The two systems, and which direction data is supposed to move.
    • Where they diverge: duplicates, missing records, stale values, or a manual re-entry step somebody is doing by hand.
    • Volume: roughly how many records a day, and whether either side offers webhooks.
    • Whether anyone has attempted the integration before, and what happened.

    We will tell you plainly if the problem is not one we should take. That happens often enough to be worth saying: a job that a native connector already solves is not a job we will quote for.

    For the products, the route is shorter. A bug in n8n-nodes-zalo-platform or n8n-nodes-firecrawl-v2 belongs in an issue on its GitHub repository, with the payload that broke it. Questions about Ads Insights go to hi@hecigo.com.

    Enquiry form

    The form sends your name, email, stated role, and message to our intake workflow, and nothing else. It cannot be sent without ticking the consent box, and the wording you agree to is recorded with the enquiry together with the version of the policy that was live at that moment. From the intake workflow the enquiry reaches our mailbox on Lark and a private notification channel, both outside Vietnam. What happens to that data, and how to withdraw consent or ask for deletion, is described in the privacy policy.
